Congratulations from everyone at AISA to Mo Farrah: this from the Evening Standard:

Mo Farah held a flag aloft with the words "Fly Mo" on it as he beamed his pearly white smile in the wake of his 5,000metre gold on the final day of action in Daegu.

But the Londoner is not about to rest on his laurels with the countdown to London 2012 beginning, in his mind, the moment he crossed the line yesterday.

For his part, Farah is not yet committing to it. "You never know what can happen at London 2012 in terms of trying to do the double," he said. You saw what happened in the 10km. It's not about who's the favourite or anything else, anyone can come from anywhere.

"You just have to keep training and covering every angle, stay injury free and keep doing what I'm doing. I am looking forward to it as an athlete, to have an Olympics right on your doorstep is going to be amazing."

While his efforts in Daegu mean he is now likely to be a 2012 poster boy, the diehard Arsenal fan, who wore bespoke Gunners spikes in yesterday's race, should avoid at least some of the cauldron of pressure prior to the Games.
